0 stars service was terrible they ruined my senior prom, I asked for medium length square and showed them an inspo picture of the nails I wanted I wanted blue and black sparkled and they are not that at all I wanted medium square and they gave me square but hardly past my finger tips, the color isn’t even, doesn’t match or even complement my dress, they didn’t blend my nails with my cuticles, and after me asking for a refund or for them to take it off and redo it they told me that I won’t get a refund or redone and that I am not welcome back I can suggest anywhere else but diva nails and spa
They were so kinda and amazing I accidentally dropped my drink and the lady who was helping did not seem irritated at all. She told me it was okay and not to worry about it she quickly cleaned it up and went right back to me, like nothing had ever happened and That speaks volumes to me about who they are, and how they like to treat their customers when she did my nails she made sure to copy the picture I showed her as best she could and i really appreciated that she really did want to give me what I asked for definitely would recommend this place to anyone wanting there nails or a pedi done <3
