Lost my Dive watch in the USPS system because they mailed it back to the wrong address even though it was properly marked on all property. They got lucky this time as I was able to track it down and the mail clerk didn't properly check my ID for pickup. But the work was fine I guess

I recently had a warranty repair done to correct an unfortunate issue with my Perdix dive computer while diving in the Caribbean. From the second I was connected with Dive Tronix, I got prompt, articulate, and personable emails from their staff. Not only did they fix my computer, they did it quickly and with regular updates along the way. They fixed the issue and cleaned up some other cosmetic issues just for the sake of it along the way. I couldn’t recommend this business enough.

The folks at Dive-Tronix are amazing to deal with. It's a catch 22 as I don't want call them but when issues arise THEY are who you call!! I once again was in need of their services and I could not be any more happy in how they treated me. One of the best for customer service that I have ever dealt with.
