I took lessons from Dixie a couple years ago and she was so wonderful! As an adult I didn’t want to be babied or bossed around and Dixie was my happy medium! She encouraged me to grow as a pianist but also understood if I had a busy week and not much practice time. She always made the best suggestions for material but would also take the time to look over and help me learn materials that I brought in myself.
