Green is GREAT!! The Architect here has really done a great job mixing Green technology and function.
The building suts on the hill overlooking the city and freeway. You get a wonderful breeze and due south exposure for the solar panels on the roof.
It is a good mixture of wood, metal, and glass. The receptionist was kind enough to give my daughter and I are tour.
It would be a lovely place for a quaint party- if it were public.
You can see it from the I-10 going east or west, between the Yucaipa Blvd exit and the Oak Glen/ Live Oak Exits on the north side of the freeway. Look to the hill, near In n Out.
Take a moment and drive by DKC Architects. You will see on the east side of the property line their trash enclosure infringes on Golden State Glazings property. An Architect who cannot stay within their own property line is a red flag to any consumer. Please consider this, DKC Architects sold the property to Golden State Glazing without disclosing their encroachment. I call this not only misleading but also theft.
Come on by Golden State Glazing and I will happily provide the public records for property lines that was recorded by DKC architects not showing the infringement. Before choosing an Architect, think twice about the lack of integrity DKC Architects exhibited.
