My wife, myself and our daughter have been going to. Dr. Vosoghi for over 10 years and he & his staff are terrific. We would highly recommend him for any eye issues you may have.

I recently got lasik done at DLV Vision. This would be a 5-star review if it weren't because of the front desk staff and the average 30 minute wait (sometimes longer) you have to wait for every appointment. I dealt with several different nurses during all my visits and they were all super nice and sweet. However, the front desk staff has no customer service skills, and I dealt with a few different people. They might be very efficient doing their job, but they don't smile and they are not friendly. If you are going to put people on the front desk, you need to hire people with excellent customer service skills, otherwise maybe a back office job is a better fit for them. As I said, it was not just one person, there were ~3 I dealt with and I had the same negative experience with all of them.
