Had a tree fall down in my backyard. Requested a container for yard waste. Quoted a price for a 40 yard container, but it was too big to fit in my driveway. So they dropped off a 30yd instead; at roughly the exact same amount as the 40yd. I put the tree in the container and had more space left. When I called for pick up of the contain the person I spoke with asked me if I wanted to add any other materials besides yard waste and that it would only be an extra $80 bucks... so I say sure why not. They take the container the following day and that’s the end right? Nope, I get a voicemail 3 months later saying I have a past due balance of $140.00.... apparently I was able to dispose of almost 2 tons (4000 lbs) of yard was, an old bbq grill, and a few boxes on my own with a bad back... make sure you have them weight that stuff... also was told that since the amount was more than the original quote, I had to submit another payment, which I have no documentation of before the phone call in January. Thankfully it didn’t go to collections... Was totally unsatisfied with the service I received.
