I have had a knee scooter for several months. Every time i think im done with it i have to renew. The last time i needed to renew, the owner gave me the scooter. I offered to buy it, but he told me i already had. Thank you for your customer service. D.S.
Very disappointing experience here and as a high functioning, intelligent woman in her 40s, I can only imagine senior citizens will be completely taken advantage of if I felt like I was and I know better!
First, they do not place prices on anything. You have to ask for the price which gives them complete flexibility to quote whatever they want. I was looking at walkers and after asking for the price on a few I googled them on my phone to compare prices. Wow, I was blown away. This place is more than doubling the price.
I asked them why there’s is so much more expensive compared to everything online if it is the same item. The man confirmed it was definitely the same item. he said the reason they charge more is because they have a different business model. I asked him what he meant and he rambled on about they have a warranty so if you ever need repairs you can come in. But here’s the thing, the manufacturer covers the warranty and if you need a walker, you’re not going to leave it somewhere for weeks to be repaired. He will simply buy a new one. Such a joke. And super huge rip off. They are taking advantage of seniors.
I also inquired that if I purchased a walker and it didn’t fit my dad who was tall, could I exchange or return it as long as it was brand new and never used with the tags and wrapping still attached? The man said absolutely not. They don’t take any refunds under any circumstances.
So please tell me why on earth anyone would ever shop here? It makes no sense to me at all.
