They double charged a tenant 2 months rent and would not refund him one month. Even if they do have a ‘no refund’ policy it was a very inhumane and pretty evil of them because his partner is dying of cancer and they are living month to month currently.

Don’t move into any building they own. Firstly, they will not reply to me about the missing funds of my deposit. (Canyon Park Apartments.) No answers to numerous calls or emails. They charged me for absolutely ridiculous things with no mention or proof of what was wrong with them. They told me my carpet would be removed when I moved out and upgraded to hardwood (laminate) flooring so I didn’t need to worry about carpet cleaning. Then they still CHARGED me to have them cleaned! I recorded them telling me that. Management here is awful. You can barely ever get ahold of them. Dobler Management rarely ever spends any money on maintenance either. I lived at canyon park for 3yrs and the pool was constantly broken, the gates were broken every few months, no street lights (they were removed) in front of our building, and they have no security cameras around the complex. Your vehicle will get broken into. Don’t be fooled by the nice photos online. Do better Dobler management. Feel free to mail me the rest of my deposit you stole from me.

Dobler management never responds. The receptionist I was nice at first but after being told I would hear from someone, I didn’t, I called back then she as very rude. Never heard from anyone about my concerns. Was totally ignored. Horrible customer service. Screening process is inconsistent and unfair.
