Fantastic service! Doc recently opened a new shop on Otto Rd, not far from the paper mill. He assembled my new e-bike and did a great job--walked me through the different parts and told me which things to keep an eye on. He stands by his work and said I could come back whenever for tweaks. A great resource for the community!

Hands down best bike shop experience ever! Casey is super friendly and a wealth of knowledge. He took the time to explain what was going on with my bike and answered my questions thoroughly, and his rate was very reasonable. A real gem on the peninsula! Will definitely go back when I'm in town!

Doc knows bikes. AND, he does a lot to help riders on their rides. I first met him at the Port Townsend Lite Bike Tour (put on by the Cascade Bike Club) where he fixed emergency bike repairs. After that three day bike tour was over, he assisted our "bikepacking" tour on the Olympic Discovery Trail" from Port Angeles to Sol Duc and Forks. He was warm, instructive, helpful, and a great help to us; we couldn't have done it without him. If I lived in the area, I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else -- just Doc's.
