My doctor retired and the new doctor I saw seemed lazy and rude. I overheard she yelled at a staff member earlier. She was unwilling to run blood tests to check my troponin levels as the previous doctor had. I had been without medication for weeks and she thought I might’ve had a heart attack but was unwilling to run the test. Find a better place that actually cares if you live or die.

Zero star. I and my husband were king time patients of dr Dudetsky and was so happy. This time I met dr Cruise and she was in hurry, looks confused and dint answer anything. She wanted to send me to er, gyno, cardiologist and whatever I was telling she would send me there. I would definitely not be coming here again. Wasted my co pay and time. Looking for a new doctor now.

I’m giving one star, as zero isn’t an option. My appointment was at 12:30 PM, and I was asked to come at 12:15 PM, fasting for my blood work. I had been fasting since 9:00 PM the previous night. After waiting for over an hour, I had to ask them to cancel it. The front office staff informed me that the doctor was running behind schedule and couldn't confirm how long the delay would be. This was my first appointment with Dr. Cruz since Dr. Bardman retired. I never experienced this delay with Dr. Bardman for the past 8 years. The extended wait time was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I expected more efficient service. Very disappointed.
