This company doesn't know how important communication is, do not use this service if you ever think you might need follow up on anything on a contract, it's almost criminal how exhausting and ineffective their phone menu and "chat" option is for assistance. Just look up any other virtual document signing website and save yourself.

I wish WT would stop sending automated emails I never solicited. I work at a school where contact info is public but feel after a certain point, it's in bad taste to continue clogging inbox meant to serve students and families with promos and "is next week better" type taglines that lead to docusign sales pitches
