Horrible experience with this groomers. I have a golden doodle and today was my second time here and every time my dog ends up fully shaved. They keep telling me is because he is matted as an excuse to charge me extra and not spending time brushing him out. Every person that has a golden doodle knows how much time it takes to take care of their fur. Two days prior to the visit, I spent 30 minutes brushing him to make sure the Groomers wouldn't use that as an excuse to shave him, but they did it again. It is very frustrating and I don't recommend this place at all. After picking him up, he was full of hair that was coming out from him. It was overwhelming of how much hair was falling out from my dog! The original price was "starting at $135" and I ended up paying $250. I also wasn't informed that the price got changed, apparently they have raised their prices and no one bother to tell me. When you pay for a service I expect good results. They didn't follow my instructions on the hair cut. If they can't do it, I expect them to call me to let me know so I can decide whether to carry on with their service or find someone else that can. I also expect from them transparency on the prices, which they don't have. Lastly I expect my dog to look nice, not like the job they did to his face, he has different length of hair on his face! ( Erin will say he was matted, but he was not, she just doesn’t have the talent for doodles at least!) Horrible experience and I absolutely don’t recommend this place, specially if you have a Golden Doodle. Apparently they don't know what they do and they will manipulate you to do whatever they want.
