Never been here in my life but ended up with a fake review (below) posted to my account. Beware of businesses that pay for fraudulent reviews!
Fake review - 5 stars with the comment "Super accommodating and nice people with the best prices around! It's now the only place I go to for pet supplies!"

:Picked up my puppy thinking the food the breeder fed him was common. I was wrong so as I panicked calling pet stores for his food, I was blessed to call this location. The person who picked up (I didnt catch his name) explained to me that he carried diamond puppy company owns the brand that I was looking for so they have the same ingredients and he had one bag of diamond puppy left. I rushed to go buy the bag and was grateful he gave me that knowledge nobody else offered or didnt know themselves. I searched for the name to come give them an excellent review and pre order the diamond puppy food now.

We had an awful experience at this place. Employees don't wear mask during covid time, and they are really unprofessional. They took 4 hours to just give a bath to my dog, most of time he was kept in a cage and waiting even though we had appointment. They were rude to customers, even refused to let me see my dog before making payment. I'm not sure what happened to my dog behind the door, but seems my dog wasn't given any water during the entire time, and was super terrified and stressed after.
