We recently had a horrible experience at Doggie Right Dog Spa. We have brought our Bernese Mountain Dog to this place on several occasions before this time, and we were pleased with the service. This last time, we picked up our dog and his hair had been cut!!! We never once asked for his hair to be cut in any capacity, just asked for a brush, wash, dry, nails, like the times before!! Not only did they cut his hair without our knowing, but did a complete hack job everywhere. My poor dogs fur is so uneven now. I am so upset and utterly disappointed in their service that they charged me $155 for! I will not be returning and would urge you to think twice about bring your pet here.

They were so nice and did a great job on my dog and all with a smile and patience. We will be returning over and over.
