I have never had a bad experience at Dollar Tree. I am always able to find something I can use be it for my grandchildren or myself. Have had good luck with finding cleaning products and the selection of greeting cards is excellent a d the price is right. Hope you enjoy your visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Poor customer service. I went in because I was double charged for two items.After explaining to the manager it took about 20 min to get a $2.60 refund. He kept helping other customers while I stood there waiting. He said something about needing to check the security cameras.

Very clean store, employees are pretty friendly. I believe a gentleman who helped me was the Manager....very nice person. Would make the drive again from Simi to shop in this location
