Good dollar store lots of merch to choose from

Waited 20 minutes in line with 18 others because management wouldn’t open another cash register. I mentioned that the franchise owner would probably would like to know on how his store is being run.. the manager said go right ahead. Needless to say I will not be shopping at that store anymore. The only reason why I had gone in there is because of the convenience factor of finding a birthday card.
