Horrible customer service. Bought a balloon and it came undone from the string as I left the store. I went back inside to let someone know what had happened. There were only two employees working, a younger man and an older obese woman. I approached the woman because the young man was busy. I told her what happened and the woman responded that it wasn’t their responsibility once the balloon left the store. I hadn’t even left the property before my balloon flew away! I asked, but isn’t it your responsibility since you put the string on? She said it already comes that way. I felt it was a waste of energy to argue about $1 balloon even further so I left, empty string in hand. I guess you get what you pay for, she really lives up to the stores name. #worthless

Okay, the stuff is cheap but what do you want for a buck? I used to avoid stores like this until I went looking for Christmas wrap and bags. Instead of paying $$ for stuff you just end up pitching I got arm loads for $1 a piece. Now I am in there all the time, especially holidays. And the staff in the Damascus store is great. Always friendly and helpful. As a bonus I always see little kids in there getting toys and art supplies and just love their smiles about all their goodies. 😄

A couple of days ago, I was in to the Damascus Dollar Tree. I was very impressed with your store. It was easy to walk down the isles and the shelves were neat and tidy. This is by far the cleanest Dollar Tree I have been in a very long time. Keep up the good work.
