Yes, Dollar Tree has a lot of fun funds, and low price items you may need. My issue with this location isn't that it's always busy. That's great. But they always have only 1 lane open, until the line wraps around the isles, then and only then do the managers feel obligated to open 1 more lane to help customers. I feel bad for the clerks. They are treated badly. Tonight, as I was working an INSTACART shop, 1 clerk tried to help me try to find numerous items, to no avail, as they were not in stock. So I got in the very very long line. Eventually the woman "manager" with green hair opened a check lane, but did not turn the light on. When I got to the front of the first lane, Judy, my cashier was very helpful, I had to get 10 balloons for my customer. While she was helping me with the balloons, she kindly let customers know that there was another lane open. But then one manager was leaving and asked if Judy had gone on break. Mind you, Judy and I are both standing right there. Green hair lady says "oh she's right here". Then yelled at Judy and said she was "not open in the check lane" (with 10 customers waiting in her lane)"and I'm a manager remember that".... what the heck?!?!! Why would you treat an employee like that in front of the customers who pay your wages?? I swear, if everyone who was waiting in long lines in the Yelm Dollar Tree would drop their selections on the floor and leave, maybe they would remember that customers pay their wages, and should not be left to wait in long lines while managers sit in the tiny office avoiding them. And don't treat the employees (who are stocking shelves, and at checkstands by themselves with no help) like they are dirt. Customers notice that.
