On 12/ 4 /21 Cassandra decided that she didn't want to come out and help the young man that was the only cashier at the Dollar Tree as management she should've help get the line down ! I just don't understand this type of behavior! It's disappointing that this lady decides that the customer is not worth her time. I have been shopping here for years, and never had such terrible customer service experience. I would hate to have to drive to Oxon Hill or Alexandria va 😫 because I live in this community and rather spend my money here VS across town. Please We don't need this type of behavior around here . Stay at whatever store you came from! Please! Thanks

Nice store however the management seems to always be cutting cost. There is never enough staff in there to cash, stack the shelves, keep the place tidy and manage the crowds. Sometimes there are only two persons on site running the store and they are overworked but trying their best. Seems to be the norm now at all of the dollar stores. So be prepared to stand in a long line to have your items cashed. Management if you even pay attention to reviews please make some positive changes.....so you can get a better rating....that is if you care
