TLDR: The problem itself was minute, but the way it wasnt handled was off-putting. I could have gotten an exchange with a receipt, per store policy, but the manager did not want to be bothered. I stopped in today to grab a charger, for the third time, to no avail. There is a large section of chargers that I have shopped through 3 seperate times and only 1 time was able to find a charger that worked right out of the package. Today I decided to tell someone in the store about the faulty products being sold, considering as soon as I opened my package and used the charger, it would not work. I wanted to see if I could get an exchange for something that works and let them know that multiples of their chargers seem to be inoperable. The woman who I spoke with told me that because I opened the package, there was nothing she could do for me. How else would I know the product doesn't work, unless I open it and try to use it? So I let go of any idea of an exchange, ate the fact that I spent more money at this store with nothing to show for it and just suggested someone look at the chargers because they are obviously faulty. The woman basically blew me off, saying there was nothing she could do for me because of store return policy without another word. She absolutely refused to even acknowledge me telling her that I've had multiple bad experiences with this product that they're keeping on their shelves. I shop here very often so its off putting to know that if I have an issue, no one will or can help. I know, now, not to bother with their electronics but it would have been nice to know that in light of a problem, I might be able to deal with someone who actually cares that theres a problem with the products they're selling. It took me researching the company policy later myself to learn that I should have been asked for a receipt and given an exchange.
