I have been going to this location for years but it has gone downhill. The people at the register are okay but the store is filthy dirty. The front doors are gross (they have been this way for a while but are worse, yuk) and yesterday there were many spills from customers and no one cared. The shelves and floors are a mess. I have made comments to them but I am ignored. I contacted corporate and nothing. I will drive to Northridge to go to a nicer location. I should have taken pictures because the ones they have on here are not store #1084.

I was there earlier and the new manager named Ruben was rude and unprofessional. He was not only rude to me but he was rude to his cashier because she called for backup because she had over 20 people waiting in line and she was going as fast as she could and he wouldn’t come and she called 5 to 6 times and after about 15 minutes he came and told the cashier that he heard her the first time and not to ask more than once even tho he ignored her and never came. He was rude and criticized her in front of everyone and when a women stood up for her and corrected his behavior towards her he told her “ if you don’t like the way I manage u can get a job at this store and show me how it’s done” RIDICULOUS I was stunned that he even said that to her. This guy should NOT be working for a customer service job let alone manage one! He also continued to tell the employee that it’s all her fault and she needs to do better but in truth HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! I will no longer come to this store because if I heard him talk to my women like that he would no longer be with us u could say. Dollar tree is just hiring unstable people to manage their locations and I am sorry for the employees that suffer from this. If I was them I would sue.

I was told I needed to return my exchanged phone reset to factory settings. I spoke to various T-mobile employees about a password requested needed to reset my phone that I didn't set. After receiving multiple notifications to return my phone, I spoke to Tyrese, who knew how to bypass the password request and reset my phone. Now I can return it and get my promotion. I'm so grateful 😃
