When I requested assistance with the return, the cashier immediately called out for the manager, who responded in a manner that felt unprofessional. While I was walking towards her, she asked loudly if I had a receipt, and though I answered twice, she continued to question whether I had purchased the item from that location. Her tone and attitude throughout the interaction were noticeably negative, which left a lasting impression, especially given the great experience I've had with the store otherwise.
