9/27/24 Had to make a last minute pick up for a few items, kids and their projects. As I approached the door , a customer was coming out. I get to the doors and they are shut , closing time is 9pm. I was there ten minutes before closing. If the manger a lady at the door and the gentleman adjusting balloons looking at us out of the window would’ve communicated, that would have been professional instead of having her back turned as if we didn’t exist. Maybe there needs to be an added training session especially for managers. We are your patrons, respect goes a long way. Do Better!
