Update:
Recently went in for an alternator issue i was aware of and metioned to them. I called in booked a time, got a one day insurance. Paid $120 for a tow truck, they quoted me $630 for a new alternator and belt replacement. It seemed so expensive so I priced around and found much cheaper options. When I said I would go somewhere else. They charged me $80 for a diagnosis which took 5 mins. When asked why? They said for mechanic's time. They never communicated that to me before hand.
I paid for another tow truck to take my car home. I trusted them to be reasonably priced but they're way too expensive now so I won't be going back again.
