These reviews have to be paid bc these are the worst apartments. The location is horrible, a homeless camp is down the road, my car was stolen and broken into at least 5 times. It’s not gated so drug dealers and homeless people are just chillin in the hallways. You hear gunshots every night. We broke our lease bc we feared for our safety and were so tired of our cars getting broken into. The interior of the apartments are really nice, but for the price absolutely not, if im scared to leave my home and paying $400-$500 for a car break in every time its not worth it. Never again will i live in tacoma. I do not recommend these apartments. Until they make residents safety a priority find somewhere else to live.
