Amazing person, amazing company. Shanna is an amazing person that has always been very helpful. She helped us find the perfect property and has been very open communications about the property. Anytime something wrong happens, she is quick and always easy to get a hold of. I love working with her and cannot express my gratitude enough for her.

Best advice that I can give you from a military family that found a rental through Domaci property management is don’t do business with this company. Day one of my new rental, the last tenant used a key and walked right into my new house as I was unpacking and said he forgot his bed frame. I asked Shanna how he got in and she said “I don’t rekey houses unless there’s a problem”. So be careful current tenants, lots of prevous renters still have the same key to your home! After moving out due to military orders, she charges us for a ton of things wrong with the house that were already wrong with the house. She took my 1k deposit as well as a 400 pet fee and sent me a bill. I left the house in better shape than we received it. We were charged for normal wear and tear, like hanging a few pictures or curtains. So just a piece of advice is have a walk through and document everything because Shanna will try to milk a buck at every chance she could get. Please go online and learn tenant/landlord laws and don’t get taken advantage of like we could have. Unfortunately we had to take Domaci property management to court and ended up wining our case and was awarded our deposit back plus court cost. Not to mention the lack of professionalism was beyond disappointing. There were other issues like work orders that sat for weeks/months ignored. If you do choose to do business with Domaci beware.

My husband and can't say enough positive things about Domaci and Shanna! We turned our rentals over to Shanna and are so thankful for her professional handling of all aspects of managing them. We have had excellent tenants and we don't have to do a thing! Thank you Shanna!
