I was very impressed with the customer service I received from this company. Especially Dezeri & Patrick they made us feel so comfortable about getting solar. My husband wanted solar I was on the fence about getting it. Dezeri & Patrick are a husband & wife which you rarely see souses working together l. When they approached us about getting solar I was not a but interested, I was against it. As they spoke with my husband I caught a few words here and there but didn’t pay much attention. A few days later they came over to our home to speak to us again (well me). When they came over they got to know me and my family asking questions about us. They didn’t come in trying to sell us anything. They stayed for an hour just getting to know us. When they left I said weren’t you here to talk about solar? Patrick said we need to get to know you before we offer you a service you may or may not need. I stood there all confused, Patrick said we will set up another appointment with you guys and we can go over solar if we feel it’s the right avenue for your family. At that moment I knew I was going to get it. They spoke to us like they had our best interest at hand. And they did! In this crazy time of this pandemic Dezeri & Patrick and their team went above and beyond to make us feel safe by taking all precautions to protect themselves and us. I felt the genuine compassion they showed us. Most sales people are get in get out. These two did not do that they communicated with us every step of the process. I loved being in the loop of what was occurring. After it was installed they followed up in person not a text or call. They made it personal and I appreciate that. If your looking for solar the team at Domi Energy is phenomenal. They walk you through the entire process, no secret behind anything. They are honest caring people. They are hardworking people like all of us, they are just offering us a service we all need. Thank you Domi Energy!

I recently had solar installed by this company and everything from start to finish went smoothly! Zach and Andrew were very professional, kind, and personable. They made us feel like family; and we truly appreciate everything they have done for us! I highly reccomend this company.

What can I say?! Zach was the man! I was already setup thinking I was going to go with another rep when Zach happened to knock on the door. He was helping out the neighbors and we started talking. He was hands on from the moment we started. He answered all the questions I had and even told me other interesting facts what the other company was leaving out. I definitely appreciate all the help he was able to provide and ultimately decided to go with him. We got the ball rolling and haven’t looked back. He checks in from time to time to make sure everything is good and that shows he cares about his clients. I definitely would recommend him to anyone I know going foreword. He was excellent!
