Beware these individuals steal UPS packages!! They stole mine and lied about it being picked up by me.
Reply: I walked in and spoke with the young man working there. His explanation was not at all valid. He said he sometimes receives them, then he changes his mind on them and before the driver leaves he runs out to return them to UPS. If this was the case, there would have been a scan update on my tracking but there isn't. Either you guys made a big mistake giving someone my package or someone took it. It's not hard to realize the box said Verizon. Phones are expensive it was worth 600 dollars!
