I wish I could give 0... Where to begin....we were first time home buyers and didn't know anything. Daisy the realtor never contacted us and we basically had to find homes ourselves then she had us overbidding up to 15k for homes and did not even tell us that the homes were actually not worth that much. We ended up dumping her and got the same home for 15k less when we went with a different realtor. We stayed with Don's realty for lender because the interest rate was 6.4 but two years later we received a tax bill saying our initial property assessment was not paid. We did not get homeowners exemption for living in the property ( we have occupied the property since we bought it 2 years ago) because Don's realty messed up on the paperwork, so our taxes went up 2k. We are currently in the process of getting this fixed but we have a deliquent tax bill in the process. Oh yeah....we were also dropped from our homeowners insurance due to problems that needed to be fixed. We would have never bought the property if we knew it would not be covered by insurance. The whole process was awful. I wish anybody going through the home buying process the best of luck but I cannot in good conscience let only positive reviews be the only ones online because Don and Daisy did not help us and were only looking to get as much money as possible. I do not recommend for realtor or lender. Best of luck.
