Everyone was friendly from Raul our sales person to Rachel the financing person. My husband stopped by earlier in the day and looked at the car and said he would be back after work. When we came back the car was washed, sitting up front and ready for us to test drive. Raul was very knowledgeable and explained all the bells and whistles the car had to offer. Rachel followed up with us to help schedule the appointment for the shield protection and kept us informed every step of the way. Raul followed up after the sale to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. Everything was seamless with no problems. We would highly recommend Raul, Rachel and Sangster Motors.
