Two days before my in-office consultation appt, his office called to say that he wanted to switch it to a video meeting. Why? Because there was a big storm expected on the day of my appt and he wanted his patients to stay safe at home. I already liked him for that. He has such a great personality. That’s very important to me when I’m talking with someone who I’m entrusting with my health. At the end of the day, I will have a scoping of both ends. That’s ok.
