Strictly one star. I booked a 5:30 haircut, arrived at 5:40 because of traffic issue, and was asked to wait since both stylists were serving other customers. Both customers being served looked like to have been served for a while, so I m sure they gave me up in one or two minutes after 5:30 or possibly earlier.
Still, I felt profoundly sorry about being late for sure. I sat there for 40 minutes and at 6:20, was told to wait again because they had to serve the customer who booked 6:00!!!! Apparently they may well have told me I needed to wait 40 mins plus another 40 mins or they could have just refused to serve when I arrived.
Really ridiculous salon, overbooking customers in one time slot, unable to complete haircut within time slot, retaliating customer who is late.🧐. I wish this salon can be a more professional place to visit. But at the moment please avoid.😊
