NEVER use this company! Single replacement spring for garage door. Overcharged significantly & poor quality of the job. Door was smooth glide, now a bit hurky jerky. Tech blamed it on original install, but we never had issues previously. The new equipment sold to us does not appear to fit properly - tech was not fully able to adjust the garage door to his own desired specs. Stated that there was no additional room in the wheel track for further adjustment - wire would detach. This garage door has worked fine and properly for more that 15 years prior to this unfortunate episode.

Was relieved that I got a tech out the day I called--a Friday before a holiday weekend! With arrival notifications, a professional, knowledgeable, friendly tech--my garage cables were installed and door re-aligned in less than 1 hour--something that the first company couldn't do in 2 visits! Their costs for parts is higher, but the results are worth it!

There was good advance communication by Door Mart in Chico, CA prior to my annual service appointment. Stephen R. arrived on time. He was personable, prepared, methodical, and efficient with his tasks. Because of the set-up in my garage, he had to do a bit of creative problem solving in moving some ceiling brackets just a bit. What I appreciate is that he left my door-opener with the new back-up battery attached to the ceiling far more sturdy than prior to his arrival. I needed new remotes since they had burned up in recent local fires. Not a problem! He even took the time to make sure the built-in remote in my car was updated and worked. I could not be more pleased with this service from Door-Mart and am particularly impressed with the quality and kindness of Stephen R. Kudos to him!!
