Had a great experience with Door Pros, met with Rich, what an absolute professional who really knew his stuff. A few weeks earlier had an emergency repair by a different company. That job made the problem worse and when called in on their guarantee they came out with a can of WD-40 and said it was all fixed. When we called Door Pros, Rich came out and removed the prior botched repair work, explained what had been done (wrong bar, overloaded springs, lug bolts not installed properly, twisted cables, etc). Door Pros completed all the work properly, plus installing a new lift master (the original was about 25 years old and needed replacement) for just slightly more than the price charged by the first company for their incomplete botched repair. So glad we found Door Pros, wish it had been on our first try but a first rate experience with them.

Just had "Rich" come and service our garage door. He was prompt, professional and fixed the door. In addition he took care of lubricatin, servicing the door and made some adjustments to optimize our door. Price was more than fair and would use them again in a heartbeat. 100% satisfied
