Our many-hundred-pound glass and aluminum garage door somehow torqued itself off its track during opening, nearly falling on our cars. Ryan from Door Pros showed up promptly after our distress call, assessed a complex situation, and somehow got four of his colleagues to leave their current jobs to come ease the door onto the top of a pick-up truck, There they quickly disassembled it, took out the side rails, and nailed the panels back up to secure the garage. They'll come back soon to reinstall the door.
It was a great display of leadership, teamwork, smarts and muscle on all their parts, particularly Ryan. We're really grateful.
