I had the pleasure of working with DoorMat while I had my cabin in Big Bear Lake. Prior to discovering them, I was working with a traditional property management company who was charging me 30% off the top while providing terrible management service. It was really hurting my airbnb ratings. I discovered DoorMat who will fulfill Big Bear Lake’s requirement for an In-person check in while allowing me to self manage the rest. It was a perfect partnership. They’re affordable, reliable and easy to work with. They also provide an option for full management. Since I never worked with them in that capacity, I can’t comment on that. But as far as working with them as a check in agent as required by the city, they were perfect.
Matt & Kayla are a great team! They are always attentive and quick to handle anything that comes up. I appreciate Kayla for ALWAYS being there! Summer handles the cleaning and is remarkable! I’m very content with their level of service! Thank you! Jeff & Brenda
