Wow what an evening! I made a reservation on one of their grand opening days for my wife and I because she loves wine and I love the Seahawks. So I jumped at the chance to take my wife out and also check out and support one of my absolute favorite players new locations. We went in for our wine tasting and we were immediately sat down and the night really kicked off! First we a red haired gentleman started off our wine tasting and he was awesome. He was very engaging with both my wife and I and he shared very detailed information about each wine he brought. I really appreciate the science behind things so his balance of prudent information without taking up to much time was top notch. Then I squealed like I have never done before…. I’m a Seahawks fan through and through since birth. Freaking Sidney Rice walked up behind us and served us the next two wines, I told him he was one of my favorite players of all time like any fanboy would but I don’t think he knew how for real I was! I had his jersey in two colors and the whole time he was dropping excellent knowledge on us I was just rolling his highlights in my head. When he split the patriots DBs down the middle with that sick head juke for a TD is one of my Favorite highlights of all time. If meeting one of your hero’s wasn’t enough the final wine he served us was their Viognier. I’m a solid red only guy and have never tried a Viognier so I was hesitant, but wow what a vibrant flavor and finish! Thinking it could not get any better we were pleasantly wrong. The other owner Tim took over and really exceeded our expectations of the rest of the wines, he was wonderful to talk to and was obviously passionate. Overall I do not believe I will attend an event hosted by or see two business owners more dedicated and loving of their business. The obsession and care show in their product and they represent it very well with first class attention. We bought a couple bottles and couldn’t be happier.
