Truly a terrible experience - woke up with over a dozen bug bites the next morning. Very overpriced ($200+/night.) Really needs a general renovation. Couldn't use the Internet the whole time as their computer system was down. Very few open parking stalls. It felt very dirty and smelled (mold in the shower.) . I was offered cookies and asked if they had sugar free and answered "yes", well ...read the ingredients yourself. Absolutely nothing special at all. I was still charged and would never stay with this chain again. You have terrible management. Edit: Don't know why they stated in response they "cannot find" my reservation as I have received an email from Justin Carithers, Asst. GM dated 6/25/24, additionally I challenged the charge on my credit card for not providing a safe/clean service which they charged me for again upon a decision (6/30.) Also - wow - what a price increase from over $200 to $90 (current.)
