I was here for a work event. The staff was hit or miss. The catering staff person attending our event actually touched my food with her bare hand and then gave me the plate as if it's no big deal for her to have done that. Catering had no dairy free options...they even put cheese in the salad...this doesn't work when you are allergic to dairy. Our bartender was exceptional!! Our event coordinator was also great. The front desk was average. The restaurant staff was great. The public areas were filled with scented air, which, as a person with asthma, makes it difficult to breathe well and not a comfortable place to be. The room had some scent as well, but not as potent as the rest of the hotel. Overall, the location is convenient for travel, but not really for exploring anything nearby. There is a pond and a short trail nearby, which was ok. I wouldn't stay here again unless I had to.

This was my first time here. We’re familiar with the brand so we choose this hotel because of the great location next to the airport. We got greeted and checked in right away and we got a welcoming cookie. It has a big pool, two fitness centers, great illuminated halls with huge windows that connect you with nature, a big restaurant for breakfast and a restaurant bar for the rest of the day. It also has ball rooms and plenty of parking. The down side is that the rooms are a little bit outdated but you get enough for the money you’re paying. They have a gift shop but it’s sooo over priced with $7 water bottles that it’s better to buy them prior or on the vending machines on each building. This hotel has so much potential; it looks like it used to be a resort of some sort, and I if not, it can easily be one with renovations specially because of the lake behind the property. Friendly staff and free shuttle to the airport makes this hotel a good option. Keep the good work!

Lora in the lounge is wonderful. She helped us get issues with our room resolved on her own initiative. Our dinner was so relaxing and very good food and service. As for the hotel itself, it’s average. Outdated furnishings, musty smell, drains not draining and just beware, do not pay to upgrade to a Mountain View. There is none. We paid $20 to upgrade to the stunning Mountain View, we got the roof of the building next door and the air conditioning system. It really is not worth the price they ask per night.
