Ordered pool in Bakersfield facility on 05/25/2020. Been told max. 6 weeks, but probably earlier. Had to pay $1000 down. Called multiple times and still have no pool. They said, they'd get back with me, but nothing. I am frustrated with this company and don't know what to do. Update: October 3rd, installer John shows up with some pool parts. Tells us we have to pay for the pool today, including installation. Gave him a check for $ 8222,-- and told him, I needed to transfer the money from savings account. No problem he said, we're not depositing your check til monday, I promise. He went straight to the bank and over drafted our checking account, because I trusted him to wait one day to cash the check. 300 dollar penalty from bank and again no communication with the company or the installer John. Never ever do business with these people. They will take your money, and give you empty promises. Shame on their buisness. So now they've received $ 9222 and we are still left with no pool or any idea when we will get it. Can anybody tell me what I can do? Legally?
Would not recommend this company to anyone. They create fictional contracts to get your business, then make excuses on why the can't honor the contract. Took over 6 months to receive a cheaper pool, but of course for the same price. Contractor hit my fence with a tractor and broke 4 posts. Instead of just making good on the mistake, he breaks down the science on how he couldn't have broke all 4. Agrees to pay for 1 post, but will only pay until after I build my deck (completely separate) project, so he can take pictures. My assumption for promotional purposes.
Unethical company. Can't trust them.
