I went to Dr. Louie as a chaperone. We made some pretty interesting discoveries. There were no trash cans in the exam rooms. We were in two of them. He had no idea what medications HE had prescribed and spend a solid 5 minutes looking through the chart trying to determine what they were. He never washed his hands. He didn't wear gloves, and walked into the next exam room when we were finished, again without washing his hands.

Ì have only been seen by Dr. Louie twice so I do not have alot of knowledge to make an informed review. However, my initial impression is favorable. He does not seem to be rushed and he is empathetic towards his patients. He is very knowledgeable and I felt at ease with him.
