We had such a wonderful experience at Douglas Speech! Jennifer was absolutely brilliant in the treatment for our son, and I couldn’t believe the results. I am so thankful we found her and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best speech services.

Do not ever take anyone you love to these people. They took $30,000 of our money and didn't even attempt to teach my disabled, brain injured wife to read again as they promised. The person they paired my wife with ended up leaving the company and taking at least one of her clients with her which is against their police. I also received an email from them by mistake containing ALL the contact info for ALL of their clients. They sent me, and everyone else on their roster, the contact info for all the clients. The therapist they gave us was far more interested in gaining a brain injured friend she could influence and practice reiki with than teaching someone who has been through a horrible tragedy how to read again. They are making TONS of money but don't give them a dime. They don't care and that is precisely what the job requires. That $30k meant nothing to them but it meant everything to us. They screwed us while we were already down. Their therapist needed a new, compromised pal. We needed a speech therapist. We already made it through one tragedy. We really didn't need another one. If I had that $30k back I would risk it all to sue them.
