I paid 1 month for my brother for storage. I spoke with Lisa the manager and told her 2 times I am only paying this 1st month. I wanted to make sure she understood!
Then on my credit card statement they billed me for the next month and it was even higher than the first month. I called Lisa and she said fine. They should have never billed me the 2nd month. Where was customer service?
I was extremely disappointed!

Rented storage unit by phone from Post Falls,Id...storage unit very close to our lot and new home in Prescott. Got to storage unit , driveway too steep for truck and trailer,called owner no answer....drove all over Prescott with truck and trailer looking for another rental unit. Left message with owner can not get to unit please reimburse our credit card. No return call kept calling finally some one answers tells us no reimbursement ...you rented unit you keep it,not our problem.any one calling these people out of state beware very steep driveway, they will tell you they have no steep driveway, locals check out driveway before renting.
