I unfortunate was unable to use their products but their customer service is excellent. I was talking to the owner and he said that solar wouldn't be the right system for me due to the position of my house and the trees around us. They turned away a sale because in their words "Could not in good consciences sell it to me". After telling me that solar is not for me, they spent a good 20-30 min telling me all the things I can do to be energy efficient for my new build. I will be using a lot of their advice and researching more of what they told me. This company will NOT upsell you. They you plain and straight.
