Adolescent clinic has unequitable policies on what to do if a doctor takes vacation... witnessed a child not be able to get her inhaler signed off for the start of school. Their policy states if a doctor is out another doctor can't sign off for 3-5 days... this also prevented my child from fall sports as they forgot to scan the last page and couldn't sign off for 3-5 days. Insisted i come back 2 days in a row to "try". Other issues with dismissing concerns of premie son and guessing skin issues without proper diagnosis or treatment. Honestly, I stayed too long due to hassle of moving 4 kids to another provider.
