If you're a long time patient here, I'm sure you're getting the attention you need. If you're a new patient here or looking to be one, stay far away. The average wait is an hour and I felt very rushed to get in and out for the two appointments I did have at this place.
The office obviously has taken more patients than it can handle and I wish they turned me away when I called in the first place for an appointment.
Another negative is that the doctor left messages on the phone without confirming the number he used is the primary contact. I had my emergency contact receive two messages on their answering machine with lab results and prescription order. I was told by the receptionist their system couldn't tell the difference when the contact info is printed out! And the receptionist rolled her eyes at me when I told her this happened! It makes me feel like it's not the first time and she didn't even sound sorry or attempt to make the situation better when I requested for the extra contact to be deleted.
The place gets zero stars for the doctor and receptionist. The one star is for the nurses because they had a much better bedside manner. Go somewhere else.
