This doctor used to be around the best that I had seen. but lately I have noticed a decline in the office. I'm supposed to have a phone interview with Mandy at 1 p.m. it is after 3:15 right now. I called there they're very surly time to find a new doctor because I do have a life and if I could leave zero Stars right now I would. at least your cable company would give you a several hour window when they're going show up. at 5:15 Mandy finally calls me I had dinner appointment with Friends. should I make them wait because she made me wait I don't think so way to run an office any other business in the world would have been put out of business. run it into the ground I called ihp I'm getting a new doctor I'm done 🤬😡

Dr. Ahluwalia is NOT a good physician! He tripple books appointments so that his patients arrive for their time slot and are forced to wait in the waitingroom for 4-5 hours. Even then, they see his nurse practitioner rather than the doctor. He recently prescribed high doses of meds for my mother. When she ran low, the pharmacy refused to refill the prescription without an explanation code from the doctor as to why she needed such a high dose for such a prolonged period. The pharmacy repeatedly called his office over a 30 day period but got no reply from the doctor or his office. We also called repeatedly and no one ever returned our call. Mom ran out of her medication and was forced to quit cold-turkey which caused life threatening consequences for her in the form of a heart attack and pulmonary embolism! "CARE" isn't a word I would equate with this particular physician. Horrible is more like it.

Dr. Ahluwalia is completely sub par. He comes off as arrogant and isn’t concerned with all the different variables when deciding on a diagnosis. But the WORST is his staff. I cannot comprehend how horribly rude they are. Honestly, they are so trashy. They act incredibly disrespectful and make you wait while they take personal calls. Forget getting your phone call taken, when calling in. The wait times are astronomical and they never call on time for phone appts. I’m seeing a new doctor. I’d advise you do the same.
