It is such a blessing to find a doctor who has years of expertise and is also incredibly kind, thoughtful and empathetic. Dr. Pettit is all of those things and more! I went to see him because I had been suffering for several days with severe vertigo and nausea, and I was absolutely miserable. After taking the time to explore any possible reasons for my symptoms, he used positional therapy and within a couple of minutes (literally just a couple of minutes!), the vertigo was gone!! It simply vanished. I cannot express how very grateful I am to him for what he did for me. His office is lovely, and his staff is very professional and just as kind and caring as he is. I cannot thank them enough!

I had a septoplasty with another doctor on the East Coast. I was visiting pebble beach and had some very bad nose bleeds, and ear issues from the flight over. I ended up in the hospital twice then, after the ER put an extremely painful balloon in my nose and sent me on my way to find a way to get treatment on the opposite side of the country from anything I knew, I found Dr Pettit. He got me into his office ASAP. He removed the balloon and told me the ER likely did more damage then good. He was extremely thorough and gentle in everything he did. I was quite anxious to see what was going to happen after the pain I had experienced. Dr Pettit took care of me without causing any pain or discomfort. Before seeing him I was bedridden in pain for two days. He saved my entire vacation and even gave me his cell phone number in case I had any further issues while visiting the area. I was very nervous about my flight home and what was going to happen. I visited his office the day of the flight, he examined me and took care of my nose, to ensure I would have a safe flight home across the country. I wish I lived closer because I certainly would go back to have him treat me!

Hands down, I highly, and without any hesitation, recommend Dr. Robert Pettit, MD ENT! Dr. Pettit listens to his patients and does not rush them out of his office. He is extremely professional, highly educated in his profession and completely knowledgeable. He cares about his patients and getting to the root cause of their health issues. He is honest, compassionate, respectful and follows through and follows up! Dr. Pettit goes more than the extra mile to ensure the best quality care of each of his patients because he ensures, he as your doctor, will do everything possible to find the answer to your health issues, not just "manage the problem" or make you to feel as though it's all in your head, or "just your problem". He is patient, kind, understanding and his bedside mannerisms, as well as his ability to truly listen in order to get to the correct diagnosis so that he can truly help you, is impeccable!! I have never met a doctor that is so compassionate and who cares about getting to the heart of the issues. Janeth and the staff in the front office are of the most kind, caring and professional staff I have ever met in my life.....not exaggerated, no joke! I can not express enough gratitude and thankfulness in finding the best doctor around! As I said before, he's a no-nonsense doctor with a true sense of care and concern for his patients and getting to the heart of the matter in order to try to resolve their health issues. I truly and highly recommend him to everyone! If I could give him a million star rating I would!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. Pettit as you are the best!!!!
