The technician came on time, explained the whole cleaning process. After they picked up the rug, they was keeping me updated during all the process. I was very happy when I saw my rug. The rug looks great. Thank you guys for such a good service you provided!

Richard was awesome! He was on time, kind, and thorough. We have three kids that leave a dirt trail behind them and he was able to get all the dirt and dark spots up better than I was expecting! Thanks for a job well done

I am so glad that I found Dr. Carpet. These guys did a great job! They are very helpful, responsive and informative. They got ink off of my couch! Now, everything looks so good and smalls so fresh and I love it. They're the best! I've already sent several people to them and everyone has been happy.
