Wonderful office. Dr. Edmond was extremely helpful and never made me feel rushed. Everyone in the office was polite and respectful.

Their scheduling, checkin and checkup processes are smooth. Tia was great/ attentive and communicative in audiology and Dr Edward was very easy to converse with.

Dr. Edmond was a nice doctor and not the purpose of my 1 star review. My 1 star review is that I went in for 1 appointment and received 2 bills. 1 for the person who did my hearing test and 1 for talking to Dr. Edmond about my hearing test, this all happened in the same exact visit and no one informed me I would be billed for 2 visits. This cost me $80 in co-pays since I had to do 2 of them. I was seen in this exact same office in either 2015-2016 and I only paid 1 copay for my visit. It seems greedy and questionable to submit 2 claims to my medical insurance for 1 visit. The things this Doctor's office will do to maximize the money they bring in. Just be warned about their billing practices if visit this office.
